Terésa Cutter
Founder & Managing Partner
Terésa Cutter has spent more than 25 years at the intersection of institutional capital, innovation, and entrepreneurship — building platforms that didn't exist before she arrived. Her career has taken her from the private wealth desks of Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, where she built investment platforms for high-net-worth clients and ranked among the top financial advisors in the country, to CalSTRS — the nation's second-largest pension plan — where she built and launched a $9 billion fixed income alpha portfolio and helped steer the fund through the Global Financial Crisis.
At White Oak Global Advisors, she created one of the private credit industry's first ESG and impact platforms entirely from the ground up — establishing the investment framework, compliance infrastructure, and market strategy that ultimately attracted over $200 million in seed capital and a pipeline approaching $1 billion. At Verus Investments, she advised billionaire family foundations and institutional pension clients on sustainability strategy, investment policy management, and board-level stakeholder reporting. She also led business development at Stone Tower Capital through its acquisition by Apollo Global Management, and founded Readventures, an early-stage AI company at the intersection of literature and algorithmic data.
Terésa founded Agentix Capital Partners to bring that same platform-building instinct to the next generation of frontier companies. She works with founders and fund managers in AI, robotics, medical devices, and beyond — helping them identify opportunity, secure capital, and build with intention. Her edge is rare: she has operated inside the largest institutions in the world and built from zero. She knows both sides of the table.
